Homelessness
Every day, an estimated 553,742 people struggle to find a place to lay their heads at night. Poor mental health or substance use can often exacerbate homelessness and hold people back from finding realistic solutions to their problems. My background as a supervisor for the Alameda County healthcare homeless program makes me especially qualified to assist with homeless issues.
In What Ways Can You Help With Homelessness?
I help patients from all backgrounds navigate their unique situations, including finding housing, recovering from substance use, working on a reunification plan, suffering from depression or anxiety, and more. Case management is among my specialties. Not only will I listen to and validate your struggles, but I can provide you with pertinent information and connect you with local community programs.
